Will my laptop be able to run this game?

My laptop is a Dell Latitude, it has:

4 - M CPU 1.80GHz
1.79GHz, 512 MB of RAM

The game I want to put on the computer needs:

Processor: PII 450 MHz
System memory: 128 MB
Free hard disk space: 1.5GB
CD-ROM space: 32 speed

Can my laptop have this game on it without getting mega slow?
