My ipod is a 2nd generation ipod touch i want to buy the model Kenwood KDC-MP342U i read the manual and it said that you would be able to switch the search mode so that you could handle the searching on your ipod instead of having to use the radio to search. My question is, is that if i change the settings to "ipod controls by hang mode" will i be able to use that with my ipod even though it said "The following iPods cannot be controlled using this unit. iPod nano (1st generation), and iPod with video."
