ok so im a sophomore and im pretty worried because i want to get into a good college like columbia but problem is i failed some classes this year but they include french (which i cant retake) ethics (which is a regents elective class) and chemistry (which i dont need because i already have 2 science regents credits) but theyre still failing grades on my transcript. so im wondering if a school like columbia will really look at things like failing grades or do they just care about extracurricular activities, AP and honor class, and the SATs ???
