Consumption?)? Hello,

My family is going camping and I need to run my CPAP machine off an AC converter in my car. Here are the specs:

- CPAP machine is rated two ways:
AC Power Consumption: 100-240 VAC, 50/60Hz, 1.0A max
DC Power Consumption: 12VDC, 3.0A max

- Car battery: Assume it is a 12V, rated at 40Ah

I'm not sure how to figure this out... your help appreciated!! I'm not sure whether I need to get power in some other way or whether I can just run it from my car.
