if we get married? My boyfriend is from Turkey. His country gave him a full scholarship to live here (USA) and for his tuition for his masters and PHD. He has said that if he decideds to stay in America that he will have to pay back his country. We want to get married sometime in the future. And we are going to stay here in America. If we stay here, and he is a citizen, what can his country do to make him pay the scholarship back?
