Hi there! me and my relatives are going to the beach this May 8. This made me want to work-out and do diet plans, because I am so determined I will make it in a full-scale plan like work-out 2-3 hours a day and minimize my meals with no juice or soft drink and do. my chest is my main target so mostly I will do bench press and push-ups and inclined declined press and jog in place for a couple of minutes. will this work? if any suggestions please answer back. (no diet supplements!!! no websites that requires credit card cause im just a kid with no job!)
