will my 2003 kawasaki ninja 250 make a 3.5hr trip?

i have a 2003 Kawasaki Ninja with 250CC engine, im planning to take a trip towards Palm Springs, i Live in Ventura County. its a little over 180 miles away.. will it make it ok? is the engine able to handle heavy/steep hills ?
