Will Michigan Law Enforcement Officers cease arresting people for marijuana

possession if they show Med Pot ID? April 4 the law in Michigan goes into effect and supposedly the ID card should protect one from arrest and/or confiscation. I have a hard time believing that they will actually not do anything if I am discovered in possession
