I know that whitehouse.gov and all the other government sites that summarize the new health care law, say that the kids with pre-existing kids cannot be denied health insurance after 6 months, but it appears that no such provision exists. The disabled kids are the same as everyone else and that provision doesn't start for 4 years. Where does the actual law actually say the 6 month deal they advertised actually exists in the law?
