Will it cost again if I download something that I already bought before on iTunes?

I lost my competer, and now I got a new laptop, and I'm thinking that go to the itunes and download everything that i've bought before, but i'm not sure if it gonna cost again or not !

I had countless music and music videos and iphone APP from itunes.

And I think download the music is gonna cost , cuz I remember I did it once before.
