I threw my back out today while lifting something heavy
im so pissed cause now I cant exercise cause it hurts too badly..
im putting a heating blanket on it right now but I wanna know if it starts feeling a little better by tonight
can I exercise? my dad said to take a day off but I really cant afford to do that..I kinda ate alot today and I'm afraid i'll lose muscle >.< plus next week im going on vacation and I'm not going to be able to workout that much..
what should I do? hope the heating blanket makes it feel better so I can exercise tonight?
or just skip a day..?
will it be alright if I just lift dumbbells?? if it doesn't hurt my back?
