Will I still get software updates for the iPhone OS if I switch to T-Mobile?

Self-explanitory here. My contract with AT&T is up this month. Though I do like AT&T I'm looking for something cheaper, which T-Mobile would provide. I'm just wondering if I would still be able to get software updates if I don't have AT&T. Thanks!
