I'm new to car audio and will be looking for professional installation at some point.
I recently ordered a 1900w Hifonic Brutus BXI1908D amp to run with two dual 4ohm Kicker CVX124 subs. This would be wired on 1 ohm so that I will hopefully get 1900w, 950w on each sub.
My cousin has advised me a line driver might be worthwhile getting as it made a huge improvement on his car audio setup.
So in my case, would I need one and if so, which type or brand should I be looking at?
PS, this is has nuthing to do with PC software, a line driver is a device specifically to connect with the amp to amplify it further ie turn up the gains, bass etc
