My boyfriend and I are renting a new flat. He is currently employed permanently; but I am employed through a temping agency. My current job only goes until May full time, but I'm not worried about finding a new job. Additionally, I have roughly £3000 in savings. Will I need a guarantor to pass reference/credit checks? My parents could easily guarantee me, except that they live in Canada.
