R Ryan New member Apr 24, 2010 #1 I fell down and rolled over yesterday when i had trackmeet and my middle finger on my left hand is sprained i think. it hurts when i put pressure or bend it.. should i go to the hospital /emergency room to get it check out? will i need a cast?
