Will I most likely be asked to take a drug test? (Read on please)?

I'm going to the doctor tomorrow because I've had this "canker sore" in my mouth for months and months now. Always in the same spot, and painless..(except for when I eat.)
It never goes away. Just shrinks or gets bigger.
Will the doctor think it's something like Syphilis and make me take a blood or urine test? Cause I smoke pot...
And do YOU think it could be syphilis? I only made out with one guy last October.
 
That could be very serious. That isn't a good sign and it's bad. It could be a sexually transmitted disease or it could be a sign of smoking or maybe even a cancer. You never know. Ask a lot of questions to the doctor. Hope you get better!
 
It could be a form of herpes virus. I do not think that it is syphilis. You do need to use protection no matter if you are only having sex with one guy though as one can never be too careful.
As far as the blood work goes your doctor will probably need it to make the proper diagnosis. You need to be treated correctly, without blood work he/she may not be able to.
Do not worry! You will make it through this and be just fine!
Let your doctor know and the lab technician if you are scared of blood tests. That way they can work with you!
