Will i make improvement in a month?

Hi, i am 16 years old and already have a pretty lean physique and build, i dont have alot of fat on me and have quite defined muscles. However, i am going on holiday in 1 months time and would very much like to improve my 'beach body' , i have a daily routine of 20 'bent over row' lifts (10.5kg), 10 conventration curls (10.5kg) and 20 leg raises, i do about 3-5 sets of this routine a night, i drink 1 'milk & egg' protein shake after. Will i see visual improvement in muscle tone and bulk after 1 month ? Thanks alot for any help
