Just eating purely meat and eggs, without carb-heavy dressings or condiments, would qualify as a very low carbohydrate diet. This will result in a large initial weight loss due to loss of glycogen/water weight.
However, if the total calories still exceed that of your daily requirements, you will not lose weight.
A meat and eggs diet will also require you to supplement with the proper vitamins and minerals that you'll be missing out on a proper diet. I would advise you to seek your doctor's advice before embarking on such a extreme diet.
