Absolutely not. Believe it or not, you're better off eating 5 small meals a day rather than just 1 meal. You want to eat often (but in small portions) to keep your metabolism going. Always always always eat breakfast so that your metabolism can start as soon as you wake. If possible, get up before school to do your running because then your metabolism will be working through whatever you eat for the whole day. To lose 1 pound, you need to burn 3500 calories. That's like burning 500 calories every day for a week to lose one pound.
