Will i lose weight if i run for 30 minutes a day and eat 1 lean cusine a day?

Absolutely not. Believe it or not, you're better off eating 5 small meals a day rather than just 1 meal. You want to eat often (but in small portions) to keep your metabolism going. Always always always eat breakfast so that your metabolism can start as soon as you wake. If possible, get up before school to do your running because then your metabolism will be working through whatever you eat for the whole day. To lose 1 pound, you need to burn 3500 calories. That's like burning 500 calories every day for a week to lose one pound.
 
Im a 5'5 16 year old guy and weigh about 129 130 as of today...i just gained like 5 or 6 pounds and wanna lose atleast 15 pounds...will i lose any weight by eating that one meal and running 30 minutes a day??
 
don't be stupid... being anorexic is addictive and under eating can cause a lot of problems
 
No, starving yourself doesn't help lose weight because your body need calories to burn. Plus, food boost your metabolism. Just eat the right foods.
