Will I lose or gain more weight eating breakfast?

I know, I know. We grow up being told too eat our breakfast and whatnot. I'm fully motivated to lose at least 10lbs before summer, I have a little over a month. I know I can do it, I just need to do it healthy and quick.

I'm going to start cutting down/cutting carbs out all together and start eating fruit and maybe meat/turkey sandwich everyday instead. I need help though.

I don't normally eat breakfast before school due to I only have enough time too get ready and leave. Does eating breakfast help you lose weight or does it just add to the calories you need to burn daily?

Does it help your metabolism?
I have no idea what to do here, please give me some tips and pointers.


(Please no "Be happy with yourself!" comments. Because it's complete bullshit, this is what will make me happy and I'm going to do it.)
