I had an accident at work 4 months ago and as a result had to have a finger amputated. I have since been cleared to go back to full duty, but am currently waiting on a settlement offer for the loss of my finger. If I quit my job before a settlement is offered or is paid out, will I lose out on the settlement?
Will I lose my work comp settlement if i quit my job before it comes?
