Will I lose at least 6 pounds a month with this diet and exercise plan?

Menu-
Breakfast-Yogurt
Lunch-Half a sandwhich and either a granola bar or four celery sticks
Snack-Yogurt
Dinner- Meat, Beans, Veggies (Well Portioned)
20 minutes of exercise 2-3 times a week.
