Will I have to Join the military because of this give act?

I am very worried does this mean i will be forced to be drafted for war. I dont want to risk my life and die young. What does it entail does it mean i have to do community service or join the military and eventually go to war and risk staying alive And please be very informative and what does this means i have to do for the community does it mean serving the military in some way. And will i get a letter in the mail anytime soon that will make me serve the military voluntarily?
 
Only if North Korea is as stupid as they are looking like they are. If they declare war, it is not going to be pretty.
 
Gee bet your a liberal aren't you ! Do you know we no longer have a draft ? However there aren't many young people who have served in the military who didn't understand they where risking there lives . Haven't you ever heard that freedom isn't free ! Millions have served this nation many did die for the rights you enjoy now ! You should be real proud to be such a coward !
