Will I go to jail for not doing community service?

When you are given community service, you just have to do it. You cant not do it. The laws are different on that in every state, but where I am from they put a warrant out for you if you dont do your community service. Its kindof a big deal. I know that the community service offices around here offer rides to the meeting place. You could check with the place you are registered and find out how they can work with you to get you there. Its not worth just ignoring and blowing off. Get it over with and move on with life....

I do not have a car and every time I attempt to do community service they tell me I have been taken off the list. I have 2 years probation and its only been 3 months. I am required to do at least 10 hours a month. I haven't done any bc of work and transportation reasons. I have 100 hours and Im really trying and I don't want to go to court!! Please help!! And is there a way to pay and not do community service?

There are ways around not having a car.

Bicycles are cheap and from a neo-conserfative perspective they kill Liberals dead, dead, dead enough to be a really fun thing to think about whilst they drive their shiny polished SUV's.

And think about it this way: you didn't think for one minute it was the least bit wrong to insist that the Liberal the date r ape drugggied daddy be ruined and placed on a bicycle in rush hour traffic; did you? No? Cause you do know in your heart of hearts there are hundreds of Liberals ~ if not millions of Liberals ~ with court ordered child support to pay for a bimbo's child conceived by a neo-conserfative idea of a joke ~ you know, drug the liberal competition with a date r ape drug via a bimbo proxy then sit back and enjoy the ABSOLUTE FACT that that man will soon loose his business AND HIS BUSINESS LICENSE AND NEVER AGAIN COMPETE AGAINST A NEO-CON-SERF-I-AH-TIFF AGAIN!

So when you notice another bicycle related fatality think neo-conserfative kills another Liberal. Unless of course it's you on then off the bike ~ and squished flatter than a flounder.

I'm former Law Enforcement, wounded on the job and all before the arranged marriage.

I've literally been run over by the bus.

Did that lower my "obligation"? No.

So you'll get no, NOT ONE IOTA OF SYMPATHY FROM ME.

Community service is a joke if you ask me. All too often its being used as an alternative to jail for people like you who commit crime. Then we get the sob stories about 'I can't get there because I've not got a car' etc etc.

Tough, your problem.
