Will i go to jail cus i put a diffrent name as the mother on my babys birth certificate?

I was running away from an abusive relation ship and i want to fix my life for me and my children. On both of my childrens birth certificates i used a diffrent name as myself. also i used a diffrent birth day etc. the child is mine 100% but not by name how do i change this and will i get in trouble?
 
Nah brah, women or not sounds like you're trying to get out of paying child support.

Putting a different name on the B.C. has no correlation with getting out of abusive relationship thus I don't believe this story.

Well, you could get your name changed officially so that it matches your babies'.
Or, you could make a request to make a change on your babies' birth record, and change your name back to the way it was before. Of course, if your ex-husband/boyfriend comes looking for you with violence in mind, call the police or get a friend to stay with you, or even get a roommate so that you feel more secure.
