This spring i got into a car crash with one of my friends who was driving. This super crazy guy who didn't like my friend did the PIT maneuver on us and we spun out into the ditch and almost flipped. I got subpoenaed and now i will go to court. He is being charged with wreck less endangerment, 2 counts of criminal damage to property (my friends car and the criminals moms car), and 2 counts attempted homicide (he texted my friend saying he was going to kill us) Do you think i will get any money out of this court case?
