The best way not to get caught is not to do it but there's no fun in that. No, you will not get caught if you get your 360 flashed right. What modders do is open your 360 and remove your DVD drive. Your dvd drive has code in it that ties your DVD drive to your 360. Modders remove that code, inject it with code that tells your Xbox that a backup copy of a game is a genuine store bought $60 game. The only way of people getting caught that I've heard of is people playing games that are leaked very early. If you happen to get caught, which I don't think you will, Microsoft will ban you from Xbox Live. They will not fine you. You will not be able to use that particular 360 for multiplayer games. You will not be able to update games online. You will not be able to use your 360 for anything that has to do with your Xbox and being online. Single player gaming only. But I literally know people that have modded Xboxes and have been playing stealth patched games for years, no joke. Look under services or for sale on craigslist.org for modders in your area. They generally charge between $20 and $50. Just remember it's not illegal to copy a game as long as you have the original.
