Will I get bulky leg and arm muscles from working out on a stationary bike?

I'm trying to loose some weight for the summer, I injured myself running so I've turned to a stationary bicycle for cardio. The handles also move back and forth to work my arms too. I can really feel it in my thighs and arms, but I'm worried I'll get bulky thigh and arm muscles. Will working out 30 min on a stationary bicycle 5 days a week followed with squats and lunges give me bulky thighs and arms? What if I increased my cardio time to 45 minutes or an hour?
