Will I get bored of a Kawasaki 250r Ninja?

I have been looking at some bikes to get and I hear mix things about thje Kawasaki 250r Ninja. First of all I have NO experience on a motorcycle and I hear that at 250r ninja are not only a great starter bike, but that experienced drivers also like. But I also hear that people get bored over this "small" bike and get a bigger bike after a couple of months. I am a small guy I am 5'6-5'7 and about 125-130 lbs. I was planning to get a used one (2008+) 250r Ninja and learn on this bike and get the most out of it, but I am not sure if I should get a bigger one since a good amount of people say that it is too "small" and that I should get a 500+ bike. I'm also planning to take a MSF class
