Will I Get Banned From Flashing My Xbox 360?

I'm thinking about flashing my xbox 360, but im not sure if I want to run the risk of getting totally banned from xbl if there is a good chance of it. What i want to know is, If I take out my wireless adapter, ungplug the Ethernet cable to insure that i'm offline while playing a burnt game, how big is the chance of me still being banned? I am not looking to play games that aren't out on the market, so thats out of the question. Also, will i still get banned if when i finish playing a burnt game, I take it out, put another original in, and then play xbox live with the original? Would it know that i was just playing a burnt game? Thanks in advance, Colin
 
its impossible to get caught playing on a modded 360.
ive been playing on live for 2 years with no problems,and it beats paying $60 for a game...just flash it right and dont worry you wont get banned.
