I am not a permanent resident and is still under process. But I have done four years of High school in texas and am currently a texas resident. Will I get any grants, scholarships if I wanted to attend Rice.
If you are a Texas resident then you qualify for government grants and loans at your local state. lots of student did that before. check this website and apply.. cheers.
