I just bought plates and registered a car on April 30th and the car is having some issues with the car and we are going to park it for now. I am going to return the plates to the dmv, my question is will I get a partial refund for whatever left for the plates or registration since it's only been used for a month. Hope I made sense. I am looking on my dmv's website but it won't load for some reason.
