It's been one thing after the other for a couple of months in a normally very healthy person who has only had one physical (few months ago with complete bloodwork- everything excellent). It started with what I think were allergies, sinus infection that required antibiotics to clear, then a cold, some sort of abdominal pain, another sinus infection and now....
Thursday night everything was fine. Woke up by my 5 year old at 1 and everything felt fine. I was woke by severe abdominal pain at 4:30. Thought I might be hungry so I ate something. Went back to sleep. Kept waking due to the pain and in the morning, it was still the same. It was very severe, across the abdomen like a tight belt that came in waves, getting even more severe at times. Walking was very difficult for a few hours but I managed by about 11 although it was still quite painful. I tried Pepto to no avail. I didn't feel gassy and was having normal bowel movements (although I had diarrhea for a couple of weeks before this). Eating did/does not change the feelings whatsoever - worse or better. If I laid very still in bed last night it was better. Sometime yesterday (Friday), it moved to the right upper quadrant. Today, still hurts but not as bad. Worse when that area is crunched in some way and pretty much only in the right upper quadrant. This happened to be 6 months ago and possibly two other times. The other time(s) it went away after a couple of days but that first day is rather excruciating.
Being a healthy person that never even gets a cold, I am very tired of feeling sick all of the time, which of course is leading to fatigue.
Please offer some suggestions. I need to have something to look into. I'm going crazy!
