will i break a child's swing set?

I am 170lbs and we just bought a new wooden swing set for my kids i couldn't find a weight limit on it and when i sat down it made a loud pop sound. i don't want to break my kids new swing set but they really want me to play on it does anyone know the weight limit on the average wooden swing set and would i break it if i went back on it?

I looked up the weight limit on mine (for the same reasons) I think it said something like 120 pounds or so. I have a playstar wooden set.
