Will I be in the Same University if my college changes to a different university...

...after my first year? I am planning to take admission in Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering New Delhi which is affilated to the IP University.But next year it will go into the Bhatiya Vidyapeeth University Pune. since IP is better reputed than BV i want to remain in IP. So which university degree would i get after graduation??
