Will i be charged anything for my Ebay Sellers Account or Paypal account i have?

now i tried listing 2 items for sale on ebay they never sold i started them at auction for .99 to avoid any beginning fee and neither of them got a single bid. Now i also have a PayPal Business account i haven't done a single thing with the PayPal account so is there any monthly,yearly fee or a dormant fee i mean the accounts Ebay Sellers account and PayPal Business Account are just dormant will i be charged anything or no ??? by the way i still need to confirm my bank account with paypal
