Will I be able to get out of my sports requirement at school if I have Hypothyroidism?
Like if I say I am just too tired etc
our requirement is that we have to play one sport a year (we dont have PE)
 
No, if you tried to use that as an excuse the school would probably call your mom and tell her to bring you back to the doctor to have your dose re evaluated.

Just pick a sport where you don't have to participate that much if you don't like sports.
