So I got a parking ticket today from the City of Vancouver because my meter expired. I entered some coins into the meter, and got some minutes, but then after I entered 2 more coins, the meter ate them both. I was already late for my acupuncture appointment at the time, so I just went to the appointment. I was going to come back out to try the meter again, but there was acupuncture needles all over me, so I couldn't go outside. Do you think I can dispute this ticket? I mean the meter ate my coins... Thanks guys.
