Kenny, S2000's have more power than RSX's no one was talking about NSX's. Anyway, why would you want to waste all of that money on the RSX? You would be building almost a whole new sub floor for it, none of the interior would work afterward. You would have to have a whole S2000 available to chop up into bits and to steal parts from. Engine, tranny, rear end, computer, on and on would have to be used from the S2000.
If you want to make power with the RSX start out simple first, Tune it up, let it breathe better and give it better exhaust. After that, (hopefully its a stick shift and not auto-stick) add a short shifter, poly engine mounts. If you want to go big after, swap out the cam in the engine, turbo or supercharge it. You want to get the best bang for your buck so don't start off crazy.
