will heating around my indicator wires cause damage to my bikes electrics?

i am restoring a 25yr old motorbike and the indicator bolts have rusted and i need to use a blow-torch to free them. however the whole thing is earthed to the indicator stalk and the live actually runs through it.

by heating the bolt it will undoubtedy conduct heat into the wires, it will not cause the wire-casing to melt....

BUT DO I RISK BLOWING A FUSE OR DESTROYING THE WIRES?
 
If you have to move the wires or protect them in some sort of way by sheilding them. If not then try a cut off wheel and grind it off. torch is always a last resort.
