Will he have to pay for Childsupport Lawyer Fees?

Hi everyone. I need a lawyer because the child support agency is doing NOTHING to find my baby's dad. He currently has another kid on the way. He ditched me and got some other girl pregnant before I even gave birth. He is running around telling people it isn't his. I have tried EVERYTHING to find a way to get ahold of him including contacting his current circle of friends and girlfriend. I am SICK OF BEING WALKED ON AND TREATED LIKE I AM THE ONE TO BLAME! So if I get a lawyer to speed things along and make sure that his dumbass takes the paternity test, will he have to pay for it?

He will not have to pay for any lawyer fees that you incur. You can go to the family court division at your county court house and tell them that you want to establish paternity to start child support. You can do all this without a lawyer. A court ordered paternity test will be ordered by a judge and if the child is his then he will have to pay the costs - if the child is not his then you have to pay the costs.
