Scenario: 28 year old male who was arrested in Oklahoma and held for a Christian County Missouri warrant. A few previous misdemeanors in OK but nothing in MO before this. He is being charged with forgery, theft/ stealing, and accepting stolen property all with this one issue. Hold without bond for now but showing $25,000 bond. Served about 5 weeks this time and says another 90 days were spent in jail on this before awaiting for MO to retrieve him from OK. He was released after waiting to be picked up the first time. Round two was a success as far as finally being picked up and taken to MO. Not sure if he is staying quiet or being honest but there were other people who made the checks payable to him. Obviously, he knew this was not right but still cashed the checks only keeping like 10% and the rest going to the other people. Total of six checks during this time... Please help. Any info would be appreciated.
