Ok. So my cousin is turning 19 this year, and recently because of family reasons, he pushed a maid out of the lift and got sued by the government for certain stuff. he got charged for several things, and before the last judge thingy happened this is what happened:
Next month, he got drunk, and without contact lenses, he pushed someone in the lift again, unfortunately it was the same maid. now he got arrested again and got sued again.
----He lives in Hongkong--- Lawyer said he could get into jail---Judge thingy said if he didnt get into any trouble within three months, the punishment would be less---(for the first incident)

What are the probabilities that he will get into jail
Possible punishments
will he get a criminal record? (if so, what type)
How long he will be in jail
