Will having my own business affect my ability to get into college?art?

my uncle is passing down his business to me which is Painting and Construction. I just graduated from HS and looking for a job. If i become the owner of my uncle business will that effect my chance to get into college?i want to major in animation and owning the business, i can put my own drawing flavor to the painting for extra cash. So will owning this company deny me, or even give me a hard time to enter college which is Pratt?
 
no this wont hurt your acceptance or whatever. just dont tell them. all they want is your grades, SAT and essays anyways. however, i would assume running a business would interfere with actually completing college. it would for me anyways
