Will GPS software designed for windows mobile work on windows CE5.0?

Just installed a pop up GPS into my car. It came with Route66 installed, but it does not work properly. Looking to install other GPS software instead, but I cannot find any for windows CE, only windows mobile......will they work.
The GPS is a touch screen device. The mapping software is run off a SD card.
