...accident happened? I have full coverage. No other cars were involved. Is the insurance company obligated to pay for my accident or can the deny the claim? Oh, and it wasn't me, someone I know, so please no one preaching about driving imparied. If I wanted a moral debate, I would have asked for it. Thanks in advance. Also, how likely is it that the insurance company will find out? Should I just go ahead and tell them? There wasn't a police report issued because KY is a no fault state and it was on a no fault road, which means all parties involved are responsible for their own damages no matter who is at fault.
