Will Ford Credit allow someone to assume your car loan?

My brother is in need of a newer car while I'm interested in getting something new. My car is a Ford Fusion and I'm looking at getting one of the newer Ford vehicles. Does anyone know if Ford Credit will allow him to assume the loan on my car and take that one, allowing me to get something new?
