Will financial aid cover the cost of an off campus apartment?

The college I'll be attending no longer has space in the residence halls and isn't accepting housing contracts anymore. So I have to live in an off campus apartment with a roommate, the rent is $314, which isn't too bad, but I was wondering will my financial aid cover the costs?
 
It depends on how much financial aid you receive. Your school will issue you a refund of anything you have left over after tuition, fees and bookstore charges. But it's not likely it will be enough to pay your rent, utilities, transportation and food expenses. You might consider a part time job.

Contact your financial aid adviser at your school to see what your total financial aid package is.
