I've finally got myself into a pattern of exercising, after not having done any for so long, but I'm worried that the exercise will cause me to gain muscle and make the numbers on the scales go up. Is that what will happen?
I weigh approx. 65kgs (143lbs) and am worried that my weight will go up because I am exercising for one hour every day doing cardio eg. spin bike, step-ups etc. When will I start to lose weight? I've halved my calories and food intake. When will I notice a difference?
How much weight do you think I could lose in 5 weeks if I continue to exercise 1 hour a day and eat healthily? Please help! Thanks!
