...non-winterized garage? I had to hide Christmas presents in the garage to keep away from my prying teens eyes. A few items have electronics...lcd, tube amp, etc. Will they be ok under a cheap blanket for the night? The temperatures are cold! Perhaps below freezing. I expect to wrap them during the midday tomorrow.
 
The problem is not in the storage, but in the wrapping...when you bring in the cold items, water will condense from the air on the items, inside and out! Therefore, store in sealed box, bring in and allow to come to room temperature BEFORE opening the box! Let the temps equalize slowly without exposing them to high humidity of indoors..you will be fine. IF it were me, I would bring in tonight, store in my bedroom or closet, and open tomorrow to wrap.
